DISC visualization

Turn individual profiles into a complete view of the team

Position several people on the same DISC map and discover how behavioral styles are distributed within a team, leadership group, sales force or service environment. Identify patterns, strengths, complementarities and possible friction points.

The starting point

An individual profile tells only part of the story

A DISC assessment helps you understand a person’s behavioral style. But when we work with teams, departments or professional groups a different question arises: what happens when all these styles coexist within the same system?

Talent360 lets you position assessed participants simultaneously on DISC maps designed for different professional contexts. So we move from “What is this person like?” to “How is this team composed and what dynamics may emerge?”.

Look at the whole

Detect patterns hard to see person by person

Predominant styles

Understand which behaviors have the greatest presence within the group.

Diversity of profiles

Identify whether the team is homogeneous or shows a wide combination of styles.

Complementarities

Detect profiles that can bring different approaches within the same context.

Possible frictions

Make visible style differences that could affect communication, pace or ways of working.

Collective strengths

Understand which types of behavior are especially represented.

Under-represented areas

Identify styles or approaches that appear with less presence within the group.

The value is not in ranking who is “better”. It is in making the composition of the system visible.

Four contexts

Four maps. Four different contexts.

Team DISC Map

Understand how your team is composed.

Position all members within a map designed to interpret team-work styles and visualize what that composition may mean for the collective dynamic.

Leadership DISC Map

Visualize your organization’s leadership styles.

When we assess several managers or leaders, the map lets us observe how their DISC styles are distributed within the leadership context.

Does one style predominate? Is there diversity among leaders?Which strengths stand out?Which differences affect leading?Which areas are worth developing?

Sales DISC Map

Understand the different styles of your sales force.

Not everyone sells, negotiates or builds relationships the same way. The map positions assessed professionals within a context oriented to sales activity.

Customer Service DISC Map

Understand how your professionals relate to service contexts.

In service roles, the way of listening, communicating, structuring information or responding under pressure can be especially relevant. The goal is not a single correct profile, but to visualize different styles.

Strengths and complementarity

A team does not need to be made of identical profiles. A diverse composition can let different people contribute complementary approaches. The map makes those differences visible and enables conversations about communication, responsibilities and decision-making.

Different ≠ incompatible, and similar ≠ necessarily better.

Possible frictions

Two people can tackle the same problem in very different ways. One may need speed and decisiveness; another, more stability or analysis; another may prioritize relationships; another may require structure and data. The map makes those differences visible to understand possible tensions before reading them as personal problems.

Turn information into action

Once the team patterns are identified, Talent360Hub connects the diagnosis with training through Talent360Academy, consulting and support through Talent360Consulting and other assessments when a broader perspective is needed.

Who it is for

Built for the whole organization

HR departments, for development, leadership and team analysis.

Managers and team leads, to understand the composition of their groups.

Sales management, to visualize styles within the sales force.

Service and customer-experience leads, to analyze service teams.

Consultants and coaches, to use maps as a visual tool in development projects.

A map helps understand patterns. It does not label people.

DISC styles represent behavioral tendencies within a model. Maps should be used to generate understanding, conversation and development, not to confine people to a fixed label. Especially in professional decisions, results should be interpreted together with other information sources and the organization’s real context.
